In a day and age when over-processed, digitally created, emotionally bankrupt music dominates the airwaves and list plays; Joey St. Vincent brings a breath of fresh air to modern music with his “One Man Groove Experience” live performances in clubs and on the street.
Born in a tiny ‘oil town’ on the Texas/New Mexico border, the only child of a roughneck and a salesclerk, Joey was immersed in music from birth. From the sweet sounds of the Delta, to Motown, to Old-school country, and of course - Rock and Roll, he was raised on it all.
Since his return in 2019, Joey has been churning out his own unique sound and show - as a solo act - playing re-made covers and fresh new originals that blend genres of blues, funk, rock, and soul. To achieve a “full-band” sound, Joey uses loopers and drum machines, allowing the audience to enjoy a fully immersed musical experience.
Joey has a grassroots fan base that is growing rapidly as he played over 50 shows in 2023. Among those include: 2 regional festivals, seasonal residency at 2 venues, 3 Military events, and the majority of clubs in the Coastal Bend Region. Joey also released a Live single (Ego – Live) in September.
